1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

Information you provide. This may include prompts, questions, scenario text, preferences, uploaded or imported source materials, simulation settings, and support messages you choose to send to us.

Account and device information. The App may create a device-based account using a device identifier or a hashed device identifier. We may also process user IDs, session tokens, app version, platform, device name, language, region, and subscription status.

Usage, analytics, and diagnostics. We may collect feature usage events, screen or workflow activity, error logs, crash reports, performance data, and related diagnostic information to operate and improve the App.

Notifications. If you enable push notifications, we may process push tokens and notification preferences so the App can send permitted notifications.

Purchase information. If you buy a subscription, credits, or other in-app purchase, the relevant store operator or payment processor may process the payment. We may receive purchase-related information such as product identifiers, entitlement status, renewal status, transaction identifiers, and related subscription metadata. We do not receive your full payment card details.

We collect this information when you type, paste, upload, import, or submit content in the App; when the App creates or refreshes your device-based account; when you enable notifications; when you make or restore purchases; when you contact support; and when the App automatically records operational, analytics, and diagnostic events.

2. Information You Should Not Submit

The App is designed for future prediction, simulation, and personal reflection. You should not submit sensitive personal information unless you understand the risk and have the right to provide it. This includes government identification numbers, full payment card numbers, passwords, private health records, confidential business secrets, or information about other people without their permission.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide AI-generated predictions, simulations, reports, and chat responses.
• Create and maintain your device-based account and app session.
• Process subscriptions, credits, entitlements, and billing status.
• Store and retrieve your simulations, runs, reports, and uploaded or imported sources.
• Send notifications you request or permit.
• Provide customer support and respond to messages.
• Analyze usage, diagnose issues, fix bugs, and improve product quality.
• Protect the App from abuse, fraud, security incidents, and illegal activity.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

4. AI Processing and AI Data Processors

To generate predictions, simulations, reports, and chat responses, the App may send your simulation title, scenario description, main question, tone, region, audience focus, time horizon, assumptions, attached text, URLs, source summaries, follow-up questions, run settings, and relevant context to AI data processors that act on our behalf.

Our current AI data processor is:

• OpenAI, used for content safety checks, AI-generated simulations, reports, and follow-up chat answers.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your prompts, simulation content, or follow-up questions with third-party AI providers for their own independent purposes.

Before the App sends personal data for AI processing, it presents an in-app notice that identifies the data sent, identifies the AI data processor, explains how the processor is used, and asks for your permission.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or similar to outputs provided to other users. Do not enter information that you consider highly sensitive or confidential.

5. How We Share Information

We may disclose information to service providers and processors that help us operate the App:

• AI data processors, including OpenAI, that process prompts and context on our behalf to generate App outputs.
• Cloud hosting, database, storage, and infrastructure providers.
• Analytics, crash reporting, and monitoring providers, such as PostHog and Sentry.
• Subscription and entitlement providers, such as RevenueCat.
• Platform providers such as Apple and Google, when needed for app distribution, purchases, subscriptions, refunds, account management, or platform security.
• Notification service providers, such as Expo and the related Apple or Google push delivery infrastructure.
• Support, security, and operational service providers.
• Legal authorities or other parties if required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
• Another organization in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information. We also do not share prompts, simulation content, or follow-up questions with third-party AI providers for advertising, resale, model marketplace access, or the provider's independent use.

We share information only with service providers that are expected to protect personal information under contractual, technical, and organizational measures that provide the same or equal level of protection required by this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

6. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, maintain records, support purchases and entitlements, resolve disputes, improve safety and reliability, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.

You may request account deletion inside the App or by using the instructions at /delete-account. After we verify and process the request, we mark the account as deleted and take reasonable steps to remove or de-identify personal information that is no longer needed, unless retention is required for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to, or restrict certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You can manage certain choices in the App, through your device settings, or through the relevant Apple or Google account settings for store-managed subscriptions. You can request privacy help by contacting us at the email address below.

You can withdraw AI processing permission in the App by opening Settings and turning off AI Processing Permission. If you turn it off, AI simulations and follow-up chat require a new permission prompt before your content is sent for AI processing.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Please review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the App or by other reasonable means. The updated policy is effective when posted unless stated otherwise.
